How long will my order take?
Order delivery times will vary depending on whether all the items are in stock or have to be printed to order. We will always endeavour to get orders fulfilled as soon as we possibly can however please note if printing to order then they can take up to 3 weeks as we have to rely on outside suppliers in some cases. If you have a strict deadline e.g. you’re buying a present for someone’s birthday then please contact us first so we can advise as to whether we can meet your deadline before ordering as we would hate to disappoint.
How will my order be sent?
Orders may be sent in various ways depending on what you have ordered however we will always ensure that items are as well packed as we possibly can. We may also use different postal suppliers / couriers however all posted items will be sent tracked and insured. If you are local to us, then we may even hand deliver your order in order to save the risk of damage occurring during transit.
Can I collect my order rather than it be posted?
Yes of course you can. We attend many craft and country fairs throughout the year and orders can be collected from any with prior agreement. Please add a note to your order on our store with where you would like to collect your order. Alternatively, orders can be collected from our house in Guisborough only by prior agreement, if this is what you wish to do then please contact us using the details on the contact us page.
Can I order larger copies of your photos?
Yes we can organise larger copies however we do not carry any photos larger than A3 in stock and therefore this will need to be priced and ordered on an ad hoc basis. Please feel free to contact us to discuss this and we will do our best to help.
My order has arrived damaged, what should I do?
Unfortunately, these things do happen even when items are packed as well as we possibly can. If your order has arrived damaged, then please get in touch with us at info@frameandfocusphotography.co.uk and let us know including a photo of the damage and if possible a photo of how the parcel arrived showing the damage in order for us to try and claim from the delivery provider. We will then get your damaged item / order created and re-sent as soon as we possibly can.
I’m struggling to choose, can you help?
Yes of course. We can help in many ways, whether have a colour scheme in mind or are planning a theme for example waterfalls / castles we may suggest photos that work well together with your ideas just drop us a message!
If you’re really struggling then we can also even photoshop the frames onto a photo of your wall for you to give a better idea of how they would look in your home.
I can’t see any photos of where I’m looking for, what can you do?
We may have photos of that place which have not yet made their way onto the site. We have taken thousands of photos over our years of photography and we simply can’t add every photo to the site. If you are interested in a certain place / shot you’ve seen us share then we can soon add it to the shop for you. On the other hand we live in such a beautiful country that there will be so many places we have yet to visit that would make a great photo. We may have plans already in place to visit this place however some photos can be years in the making and rely on many external factors such as lights and season. We are always open to suggestions of where you would like to see photographs from so feel free to let us know.
Returns Policy
If you change your mind within 14 days of receipt of the products the item may be accepted as a return providing it has not been used or altered in any way and in it’s original packaging. If you do wish to return an item then please contact info@frameandfocusphotography.co.uk informing us and we will discuss the return.
Where is my order?
As some of our products are printed to order it can take time for items to be produced and posted out. We will however contact you once your order has been dispatched with an estimated time of arrival. If it has been a while after that date then please get in touch and we will track your parcel and try find out where it has gone and send another order out if necessary. Please note items may always take longer at busier times such as Christmas when couriers / delivery services are busier however this is out of our hands unfortunately but we will always try our best to use the quickest / more reliable service we can.
Can you ship outside of mainland UK?
While shipping outside of mainland UK is not listed on the shop we can post outside of it. Due to postage costs changing on a regular basis and varying by location you will need to get in touch in order to get a quote of your order. In order to calculate the postage costs of this we will need to know what you wish to order and the address the item(s) are going to so we can get quotes done on how much it will cost. If this is the case please email info@frameandfocusphotography.co.uk and we will get this sorted as quickly as possible for you.
